We’re hiring! Crown, a growing company with sales in excess of $50 million, is seeking a personable, well-rounded individual to fill the role of Customer Concierge Representative in our Southwest Florida office.  Candidate must obtain quality customer service skills, superb computer literacy and highly organizational methods.

Job Description

  • Field incoming calls between 8am and 5pm
  • Administration of In-House Tracking Program
  • Bid and Estimate Input
  • Assignment of All Operations, etc. to Appropriate Manager/Rep
  • Reporting Functions to Management
  • Appointment Setting
  • Data Administrator for System Uniformity
  • Receptionist Duties

Requirements: Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and Word, strong problem solving skills, accounting principles knowledge, documentation skills, research and resolution skills, data analysis, multi-tasking skills, ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, ability to interact with employees and vendors in a professional manner, ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timelines, bilingual.

Our Customer Concierge Representatives are offered a competitive compensation package. Customer Concierge Representatives are paid a base salary plus applicable commissions.
